Zucchini Bread
I don't think I've ever had zucchini bread, and this was the first time I made it. The inspiration was another gigantic zucchini from the garden. I used the recipe from my Baking Illustrated cookbook. I can't find it online and I'm too lazy to type it all here. Apparently, I'm also too lazy to take a picture.
